Section 1:  Review and Editing

For manuscripts that lack originality, have serious scientific or technical defects, lack valuable information, or do not meet the scope of journal content, the editorial department will reject them. This journal conducts preliminary review, re review, and final review of manuscripts that have passed the preliminary review, with the journal editor in chief responsible for the final review. Based on the opinions of the third review, with academic quality as the premise, fair and impartial selection of manuscripts. The author must respond to the comments of the reviewers one by one and submit a revised version of the manuscript. This process will be repeated until the reviewer and editor are satisfied with the manuscript.
