As the mainstream school of Chinese contemporary aesthetics, the relationship between practical aesthetics and language remains to be explored. This paper deeply studies the close relationship between Marx's concept of practice and language as well as aesthetics, discussing the inner relationship between the practical aesthetics and Speech Act Theory. It further conceives the possible framework which extends the practical aesthetics to the field of language, thus providing the inspiration for the construction of the linguistics path of practical aesthetics.
