Analysis of Human Resource Flow Dynamics under New Economic Policy Based on Lewin Field Theory

Abstract

Purpose

Based on the survey results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the work of grass-roots trade unions in order to increase the positive attraction of human resources flow and boost economic development. 

Design/methodology/approach

Based on the field dynamics theory, this paper analyzes the human resource flow dynamics under the new economic development policy in China from the perspective of environmental field factors and individual field factors. 

Findings

The results show that regional choice and national economic policy have positive driving force, the difficulty and distance of migration, social environment of the destination, family factors and work environment have negative driving force, and gender, age, education level and job have both positive and negative driving force. 

Practical implications

With the implementation of Chinese new economic policy in 2020, the regional economic development has many new characteristics. The new developing industries and hot areas of economic will become the new choices for human resources flow. Human resources flow power affects economic development and industrial upgrading.
