JCHRM journal operates a rigorous and transparent peer review process that aims to maximize quality; it is handled by researchers and scholars.
For JCHRM journal, peer review is a double-blind assessment with at least two independent reviewers, followed by a final acceptance/rejection decision by the Editor-in-Chief or another academic editor approved by the Editor-in-Chief.
Peer review is critical to the publishing process, it verifies that the author`s research is suitable for publication. Each article must go through at least two peer review processes, in which the review comments of each article will be forwarded to the author so that it can be revised as soon as possible under the premise of publication. If the article requires major revisions, we reserve the possibility to consider the article`s acceptance only if the author shows evidence that measures are being taken to revise the manuscript.
